Our OS has confirmed that Jose Baxter has signed a pro contract with us. I have heard alot of promising things about Jose. Another good bit of news. Lets hope he can continue to develop and turn into a fixture in our team selection

the reports are a crock of sh*t. Even without our teta, we will be fine. Our fixtures ARE very winnable. Our other players are recovering from injuries, Pienaar, Osman, Saha, Fellaini. I fully expect us to hang on to 6th if not push a little higher

To be honest, i have had enough of this thread. He is obviously a very good player and has been one of our better performers this season. He has scored some very valuable goals. None more so than the equaliser against united which ignited our season. Some people need to give him a chance before jumping on his back so quickly.

I like felli, he has the same hair doo as myself. Well maybe nopt exactly the same but not far off. He has come to a foreign country at a young age with alot of expectation on his shoulders and has managed it admirably. He started slow but has got into the groove of things. And would he start with a fully fit midfield? I think so. Osman Arteta Fellaini Pienaar Cahill For me felli is a goal threat, good in the air, plays it simple. He may not do any Maradonna turns but he is a good asset to the squad. Nothing wrong with getting the ball and playing it simple.

i am a little worried about this game. We are a better team all over the pitch and our form is extremely strong. I don't like the way everyone is going for a big win. Can someone throw in a few draws and maybe a defeat. I would feel much better then.

I have also been singing his praises to anybody who will listen to me. Rodwell when he came on showed a composure that belies his age. He has two very good feet, is tall and athletic. I think he may be able to progress into a Viera type player. It is a bit early to make that judgement but he is special.

Although without him we may of gone out on pennies.

i actually joined a man city forum called blue moon, seem to be a nice bunch of guys in there except for the odd usual plank. as has been said he is cup tied so can't play. We all know Big Vic Anichebe isn't the most talented footballer, but to get rid of him at this point of time would be stupid. Maybe at the end of the season he can go on his merry way, but for now we need all the players we can get. He is no doubt a better option from the bench at this point than the promising Jose Baxter etc

Isn't this lad 20? If so surely he must have more than just potential. I know 20 is still young but at that age they should be knocking on the door. Maybe he will be, we shall wait and see. I do find it strange that the official site has said nothing.
