  1. No ta. Decent at the shite, but faded at Chelski.
  2. Him and Naismith seem to be great role models for young fans.
  3. I wouldn't sack him, I think as someone said before... I don't think last season was a fluke.
  4. I'll be at Goodison for the first in a good few years and taking my little boy to his first game... Fingers crossed its a good one for him and me, as I work in a school in Leicester and we're back in on the Monday.
  5. Wow... If Lukaku didn't know he'd pissed people off before, he will now!
  6. Oh yes. I'd like this signing very much if true.
  7. Is Mcarthy back in the mix? That midfield has the potential to be frightening.
  8. I hate Tony Pulis and Tony Pulis teams.... But not quite as much as Gareth Barry loves a yellow card!
  9. See you later Kev... Selfish bastard. Won't be at Goodison in the Summer, and wouldn't be shocked if there's not a few having a nibble in this window.
  10. I had a similar thought on Shay Given. He's not getting much of a game at Villa (or wherever he is now).

    Hull (A)

We are dreadful. 5pt gap to the team above us before kick off... Same gap to the bottom 3. I've not got a feed for this game, but everything I've read and heard so far says that we could get a bit of a smacking here.
  12. Disappointing so far again, although if this shower can't do more with all the possession they've had we could be lucky. On their goal, I have to say Cisse should've been given a red for the elbow a few minutes before. Is it just me that thinks Robles pulled out of the save? Looked ike he was sliding across on his knees before the ball was past him rather than throwing himself at it. Pleased for Kone, and Etoo is looking pretty good.
  13. I thought he showed a fair bit of confidence and some great technique. There were a few cracking cross field balls which he weighted well and spotted the runs quickly too. I think he would go much better with a few more experienced heads around him to be fair.
  14. I'm not too sure I'd agree with you on that. Easy to take that opinion from how he left Hamburg, but the fact he mentions a couple of times in that interview about things like 'patience', 'new to to the team and playing with others with over 200 games', and the also the fact that he himself recognises he won't be fully firing until next season. Strikes me as a fiercely ambitious fella who will go when the right time comes, but he also recognises the opportunities he's had through football. How many of us would turn down the opportunity to play in potentially championship winning international sides for one that may not even get to those same championships.

    Hull City (h)

Absolute shite! They are fookin terrible, and outplayed us for most of that second half. Gutted doesn't even begin to cover it!
