    Just looked him up for links/ reports (kipper are running it) and found out he's married to Leon best's sister - he can go there and make it a family affair! Sounds like west ham and Leicester want him - makes sense if tomkins is leaving west ham - doubt he'd go to Leicester as a lifelong forest fan/ one club man!

    Agree - I just hope we have a buy-back or at least a sell-on!

    Agree he saves us time and time again but there seem to have been a few more 'poor' decisions this season - some of this must be down to less protection at the back too though.

    Their goal was definately Howards fault - there seem to be more mistakes creeping into his game. I'd like us to keep a close eye on Kaspar Schmeichel's development as I think he could be signed (unless Leicester go up) and become our number 1 and Howard's replacement.

    Very good indeed... I think Blackburn targeted him on set pieces and he dealt with them admirably. We need to build him into that back 4 and make him a first teamer for the next decade (at least).

    No chance, Xavier was a very good player - first choice for his country and moved and played for that lot - v.good player. I still think Big Vic will have a decent career - maybe not always first choice but like it or lump it, he is a very important player to us currently.

    With vdm there was always the belief that he could come on/in and do something - the majority mentioned... there wasn't even that!!! Zindine Kilbane was a good servant to the club, much in the way pembridge and Steve Watson were - great servants but not everyone's favourites... Neville/Hibbert will be viewed in this way in the future I'd imagine.

    My Stokie mates always used to rave about having seen Gazza live and said how good he was that game - at a time when their main focus was promotion from the 3rd tier and autowindscreen trophy!
