    A better first touch and more awareness with the ball. Can't fault him for effort and the knack of popping up with a goal or 2 but he lacks real quality. Don't get me wrong I respect the job he does for us but if I'm totally honest I just don't think he's very good.

    Could be saving up for a striker!!! He'd be decent back-up for McCarthy/Barry especially with Gibbo's injury record being a bit of an issue.

    Stones got the official MOTM from Everton and Duffy was straight on twitter congratulating him. I like that because Stones has leap frogged Duffy but Shane's shown a bit of class there.

    I personally feel a move to Villa would benefit all parties. They're shocking at the back, he could form a partnership with fellow countryman Vlaar and we get him off the wage bill!
