His value will rocket down now with such a short contract - would £15m to use on say 2 players now be the best thing to do? He'll be worth £8m max next summer if there's no new contract.

Standing is not a problem in lower gwladys. The problem is you need to stand and duck to see anything because of the roof at the back. Sitting down, you'll be fine but often vs Arse/Chelsea, etc the lower Gwladys turns into a terrace, so you need to stand. On the back row of lower gwladys you need to kind of dip down and angle you neck whilst standing to see up the other end so people often just stand in the isles.

If you are too far back in the Gwladys street the roof does cause an obstruction. If it's the back row then I'm sorry to say it's an awful view but if they're a few rows forward you'll be okay. It's not too late to swap them with the box office people.
