  1. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/574430/Everton-West-Ham-AC-Milan-Sulley-Muntari-Contact The most shocking thing about this article is the claim that he's 30!
  2. Looking at the fixtures, I can see Ipswich dropping out and Brentford nipping in.
  3. Doesn't sound good in the Telegraph... The Everton manager claims to have shelved plans to sign a goalkeeper. I am very pleased with Tim [Howard] and Joel [Robles] for next season and weve got high hopes for Russell Griffiths plus Jindrich Stanek will have a bigger role next season, said Martínez, who has not given up hope of the England Under-21 international Luke Garbutt remaining at the club. The promising left-back is out of contract this summer and has seen his first-team chances restricted by Leighton Baines. The manager said: I want him to stay at Everton but in the same way you cannot force players to stay if they dont want to stay. I hope that we can solve it in the summer and work together in that respect. You need to accept what the player feels as well.
  4. He's improved but still... no thanks especially at that price! http://toffeeweb.com/season/14-15/rumour-mill/29827.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
  5. His defensive support definitely but also his ball retention, link-up play and general balance to the system. Lennon offers these qualities with the added bonus of his pace too. I haven't agreed with much (if anything) of what MC's said but I see the Pienaar/Lennon similarities.
  6. It'll interesting to see what happens if Rangers get back in the SPL regarding Naismith's future. He could be a realistic 'marquee' signing for them. At the right price I think he'd be available.
  7. Same story better site. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/573658/Adnan-Januzaj-Everton-move
  8. Villa are deep in it if we can beat them this weekend or even take a point actually.
  9. Burnley (sadly) and QPR (gladly) are gone in my opinion. I think Sunderland will join them but hope Newcastle somehow end up below the line! Villa have shown enough recently and Leicester/Hull have a few more home games to come so should see them all safe.
  10. Too hit and miss for me at £10-15m... Class on his day but he's the opposite when it's not his day. Saying that I wouldn't moan if we signed him - just think there's wiser moves to be made. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/everton-newcastle-make-contact-over-5596081
  11. He's been there all season and pretty much a guaranteed starter.
  12. Dean Court only holds 12,000 so they'll have to invest a bit in that. Obviously the TV deal totally eclipses home gates but still. Will be interesting to see how Deeney and Wilson will step up - both big, physical, young English strikers who have found scoring pretty easy in the Championship.
  13. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/everton-stoke-join-race-bayern-5591551 On a free, this could be a wise move.

  15. No surprise... Hazard (main) and Kane (young) scoop the awards. My only question is how can Hazard be the best overall player but only the 2nd best young player?!
  16. I'd imagine EITC have an allocation of tickets for each game - probably at reduced rates for schools. All the same it's a great gesture on your part and I hope it works out for you.
  17. In his post match interview (available on evertonTV)... "Next season, the same shirt I think." Fingers crossed.
  18. We're not the first team and won't be the last to have struggled to cope with the demands of Europa and league progression. No excuses next season - think we'll be top 7 again and a proper cup run would be lovely!
  19. Suppose the only shock omission is John O'Shea.
  20. Kenwright not at the game again today... anything in this e.g his health/ change's up coming/ just having a really long holiday! I'd have thought he'd have been there today given the occasion.
  21. Bournemouth is Monday night - simple... win they're up... if only football was that simple! Would love to see them do it. Potentially an incredible away day too; it's a great place!
  22. 1st up are Watford - 4 managers to thank throughout the season!
  23. Oh dear Everton Football Club this is awful ?
