It's another Gueye type situation - very good player in an average/poor side so won't necessarily get the credit they deserve. I'd love him to succeed here and, on paper, he should be perfect to fill Barry's boots but in reality he's done very little to show he's got the quality to do so and his injury record is becoming a little worrying. I would like to see a fully fit Besic given a chance along Gana to take some of the workload off Barry.

Good player and the kind of player we need in our midfield. Barry can't play every game at his age and we'll miss Gueye's energy massively during the AFCON. It's clear we need fitter and stronger players if we're going to succeed under Koeman - N'Zonzi fits this profile.

Don't think either are what Koeman wants in an attacking midfielder/winger. Think he'll be looking to strengthen in this position with players like Bolasie who are better at pressing - something I think Mirallas is quite good at actually.

You've been a bogey team at Goodison but Bolasie has been the main tormentor. Here's hoping we can buck the away team winning this fixture trend now we have him!

I'd love a fit Besic to be able to learn the role and fill in but don't think he's got the brain or discipline to play the role. Not sure how realistic it would be but I'd love to try and get Ramires here on loan in the Chinese pre-season for January and February. Think he'd be able to the job Gana does to some extent.
