I fully understand that but that stamina will be the same whatever level he's at. His crossing ability too. I'm fully aware that he's got a massive step up to become a first team regular but now is the time to push him while he's riding the crest of a wave.

Exactly what we need in my opinion.

Have you been watching Kenny in the u20's World Cup? He's been incredible. Along with what Unsworth has said about him, I'm pretty sure he'll have a bright future in the game.

I'm so excited by seeing Kenny's emergence next season. He has been incredible in the World Cup - easily England's most consistent player. No winger has got the better of him and his crossing/link up play in attacking areas is excellent. His energy and fitness levels are incredible too - he's one of only two outfielders who have played every minute for England. He simply must get his chance as starting right back next season. He'll be a full international before too long.

Looks like Chelsea anyway. He's been an excellent signing and £28m looks a snip with the benefit of hindsight. I doubt anyone will say they don't want him to go because the figures being touted are astronomical - his goals and presence won't be easy to replace though. Regardless, I think we'll come out of this better off with the players we sign this summer. Like Stones, he gets my full support when here but as soon as he goes - que sera - I won't show any animosity to him. I just hope we recruit well and improve.

Rumours that we want Romero and Smalling off United if he goes there. Romero was excellent last season but I've never really seen the fuss about Smalling prefer Jones but wouldn't want him either.

So we're definitely interested and offered Martina a contract then? Where did you get this official information? People need to relax - I would prefer our business to be done discreetly and only announced when official. We could be close to signing X amount of players - transfers are complex. 100% work is being done on transfers - fact is that all we can go off is paper talk and social media. I get sucked in by rumours every summer - we'll get linked to 100-200 players and maybe sign 6-10 meaning we'll 'miss out' on a fair few 'targets'.

Exactly! We'll be linked with probably 100 players this summer - we're not signing them all!!! We will sign players who will improve us - who? None of us know for certain but we've all got our opinions about who we'd like so build our hopes up about these players - it's only natural to do so.
