Funnily enough you first state that stadiums don't regenerate the area. Then you pull up two examples of stadiums that have in fact done that. Plus the idea 60,000 would travel to the middle of nowhere for every game is ludicrous. And "we" are not wrong, you are, so you should be grateful we help you out with things.

Nope, there was recently a local suggestion for building a 14 kilometer long track, no intersections, no connecting to existing tracks. Estimated cost 140 million euros. And Everton will NEVER build their stadium in Finch Farm.

He won't be going there in a hurry. I doubt Barca will get a manager from the outside unless he has won something. I think it would be brilliant if Koeman actually was so good at Everton that Barcelona would want to sign him. We'd be far better off. And what's the average time a manager stays at a club these days? Two years? So even if some other manager wasn't as forthcoming, he'd quite likely still jump ship if Barca came calling.

That track would probably cost at least 10 million per mile plus the stations. And if he's trolling he has been doing it for 15 years.

Why would they build that track to make such huge detour? People are probably wanting to get to the city centre, not take a ride around the countryside. And yes, some people do live in the middle of nowhere. Like people in Halewood.

Nope, Emery has been my #1 choice since Feb/March when I started thinking who should replace Martinez. Not that I thought he was realistic at that point so it was more like a dream. This doesn't mean other candidates are by default shite, though. Both Koeman and Pellegrini have their advantages - PL experience being one over Emery. Also, both speak better English. There are many things that need to be considered. For instance, neither of us really know what Emery is like. What flaws does he have? That's the sort of stuff the club has hopefully asked about about every candidate. Also, Moshiri might emphasize those two things or maybe something else. Or Emery might have demands the club is not comfortable with. Who knows? But you seem to assume that he's irrational, that there is only one correct answer and he must be an idiot if he chooses otherwise.

I'm pretty sure he has a better idea about managerial candidates than you. After all, you think FDB would be a brilliant idea.

Any guesses how many would fly to matches? I.e. is it relevant that the airport is close by? Especially as this would probably mean they fly straight to the match and go straight back home (otherwise they'd still need to go to their hotel first to drop their luggage off so it doesn't really matter the stadium is next to the airport). If the stadium holds 50,000, what percentage would do this? Btw, where would people leave their cars? And how much people can that train line deliver in an hour? And what would the good people of Halewood think of all that people walking through their quiet little village?

Koeman seems to have been Moshiri's #1 target from the off so stop worrying. Moshiri has probably been in talks during his Arsenal time on who should replace Wenger.

You "prove" Finch Farm is not in the middle of nowhere by pointing out there are transport links near by. As for you not getting the difference between local pubs and restaurants inside the stadium, well, I'm not surprised.
