Games before ManU/Liverpool colossal doubleheader:
59 pts Chelsea: A Burnley, H Swansea, A West Ham, H Watford, A Stoke
50 pts Spurs: A Liverpool, H Stoke, H Everton, A Palace, H Southampton
49 pts City: A Bournemouth, A Sunderland, H Stoke, H Liverpool
47 pts Arsenal: H Hull, A Liverpool, H Leicester, A West Brom
46 pts The Shite: H Spurs, A Leicester, H Arsenal, H Burnley, A City
45 pts Utd: H Watford, H Bournemouth, A Southampton, A Boro
40 pts Everton: A Boro, H Sunderland, A Spurs, H West Brom, H Hull
City, Arsenal, Utd all play 4 games while Everton, Liverpool, Spurs play 5.
Arsenal v. City same weekend as Everton v. Liverpool.
Not catching Chelsea, Spurs.
Utd schedule looks easy but Liverpool and Arsenal have tough games coming up.
Said it many times...haven't beaten the shite since October 17th 2010. I pray to god the results between now and April go well and we have alot to play for against them. Want the team to walk into Anfield and punch them right in the mouth.

For those frustrated by lack of signings, there has been little in terms of concrete examples. Who should we have signed?
-
Chelsea Batshuayi
Spurs Janssen
Arsenal Perez
Liverpool Sturridge/Origi
City G Jesus/Ihenacho
Utd Rooney/Rashford
Valencia is the worst of them all no doubt but that much worse? Having a qualified replacement is difficult even for the billionaires.

They would never admit to it but this year the goal for Moshiri and RK was top half. It's that simple. They've done that (more or less) so clear out those with no future and trim the wage bill. If they have no future at the club I would argue they shouldn't have a present either. I truly believe both said why try to rush progress to make Europa in year 1, our goal is Champions League year 2. What can we do to make that happen?
It's so easy to sit here and say why didn't we buy X, Y, or Z? The simple fact is good players, the right players are rarely for sale in January. Signing Schneiderlin is one of the best signings made in the window throughout the world let alone the PL.
We aren't far away!
Coleman Williams Baines Gana Schneiderlin Barkley Bolasie Lukaku all good enough to challenge for Champs League. Need starting GK, CB, W. Cover at LB, W, AM, ST. I have confidence in Walsh and RK to meet these needs this summer.

Even the most doom and gloom Blues supporter has to revel in this window. The fees we got for this clear out are remarkable. January never been a good time to buy. Wage bill and transfer kitty looking locked and loaded for this summer.
For those worried about squad depth...tough luck? RK has said numerous times he feels he doesn't need quantity its about quality.
The Summer of 2017 should be a transformational time in the history of the club. Docks stadium and marquee signings.

Quickly back to convo on European football - we need Man U to win EFL Cup correct? Assuming of course Southampton don't finish above us in the table.

Ben Foster was immense on Saturday. Could have been 8 or 9 without a few miraculous saves.
Could he be the answer at GK?
-
Fucking Leandro. Remember some where saying he could be good enough
Sorry, I'm not turning this into an anti Martinez shout but he absolutely bought wholesale shite didn't he. I forgot about Leandro and Hennen, that was another, Niasse, Kone, Alcaraz, Mcgeady, Cleverley...
I feel like screaming I really do.
RM transfers brought to club:
Kone, Alcaraz, Robles, McCarthy, McGeady, Stanek, Deulofeu (L/B), Lukaku (L/B), Barry (L/B), Traore (L), Besic, Galloway, Eto'o, Atsu (L), Henen (L/B), Lennon (L/B), Clev, Holgate, Leandro, Mori, Foulds, Tarashaj, Niasse.
