  1. It was the whole reason in my opinion, when Sky Sports, BBC and the Liverpool Echo remove elements to fit into their designs, you know your logo isn't working. The article on the BBC website about the change of crest, didn't even show the 'original' crest correctly, they removed the word 'Everton'. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-22679092 When I have added to crest to video games (Football Manager/PES), I'd remove the 'Everton' and '1878' because it wouldn't look like right and the logo would look tiny in comparison to the others.
  2. http://www.nieuwsblad.be/sportwereld/cnt/dmf20130831_00716888 £23.5m Euros - 500k above the clause. Steve_E will probably have something to say about it.
  3. He only made 1 appearance and that was in the League Cup.
  4. I thought that too, I am surprised that it wasn't a permanent move.
  5. Martinez said as much on the radio.

  7. He has joined Sunderland. http://www.safc.com/news/team-news/2013/august/ki-joins-on-loan
  8. He's signed for Chelsea and they're sending him out on loan immediately to Vitesse. That's a sign of the times, a player who would walk into our team is signed and loaned out by a club who finished three league places above us last year.
  9. What is the Belgian version of the BBC? The Belgian Broadcasting Corporation ?

  14. Whovians, Mark, Whovians. I got the reference.. I still think they stole it from the ghosts in Mario though.
  15. I am conflicted about this, I've always liked Barry as a player but I would rather see new a young player coming in, not loan a 32 year old Man City reserve.
  16. I don't understand who the Barbarians are, how are they different to the Lions?

  18. He's been listed for loan by Spurs. Make it so Roberto. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2405393/Lewis-Holtby-leave-Tottenham-loan.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
  19. Noproblem, TheKrow, or should that be TheMagpie taking my silver? I think it makes more sense to have the tower reduced in size if the text is to go at the top. Although, personally I don't think the club name being on the badge. I stole the wreath from the Fred Perry logo. The one Matt posted is also my favourite too. I don't think the text is necessary though and I'd lower the tower slightly so that the peak of the tower meets.the point where the wreaths would reach if they continued all the way around.
