Hello Francesco from Italy! Liverpool is not a very big city, it's possibly not worth hiring a car. On 31 October, it is Halloween so there may be some themed-parties in the city centre. Cirque du Soleil are also performing in the city centre. On 1 November, there is a Lantern walk in Sefton Park (free to watch). It's kind of a mini parade. There are lots of free museums in the city centre, and an art gallery.
