There's an American documentary out about this at the moment ("God loves Uganda"). It's about right wing Evangelical Christian's influence in Uganda. I saw an animated version of it (called Apocalypse?) from three years ago, I liked it but the whole Superman vs Batman thing just didn't work for me, I don't know why they're even bothering to make it into a film. I like Batman and Superman as well as Ben Affleck and Herny Cavill but this just doesn't appeal to me. I'd rather see a violent Wonder Woman film.

If you want it to follow the book, you're probably not going to enjoy it. Two of the main characters in the film are Legolas and Tauriel.

I saw The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug this afternoon (I couldn't wait to see it), it's so good. The animation is superb, the action is fantastic, the humour works and Evangeline Lilly's Tauriel, well.. It's reached the stage where I couldn't tell if an orc was CGI or make-up, it was pretty much faultless, almost 3 hours long and it kept my attention all the way through.
