I've heard a rumour that Everton have agreed to play a friendly in Shanghai in 2010. Apparently the opponents are meant to be Liverpool but they have not been booked... yet? It's in aid of promoting the city of Liverpool at the Shanghai Expo. Shanghai is a twin city of a Liverpool.

Apparently PES 2010 also has the Europa League license too I'm torn between the two. If I find FIFA for £25 later.. I'll pick one up.
