  1. It's not a very good site in my opinion. It needs to be located where the transport provisions are already in place. The recommissioning of the red line alone would cost more than the stadium. http://www.openstree...9205322&zoom=15 The main benefit of the Stanley Park stadium being built would be the line being allowed for public use again,Walton and Anfield railway station could be opened as 'Goodison Park'. I met with Merseyrail last year, they don't see the point in the rail station being opened because train service would only be every 15minutes and would not allow many passengers to use it. Less than 2,000 per hour from what I remember.
  2. Amo's sons are currently on trial with Everton. http://goal.com/en/news/89/africa/2009/10/19/1571212/daniel-amokachis-twins-on-trials-at-everton

  4. Mine has been sent to be fixed twice now.. apparently it's covered up to 2 years because of some European law. Have you tried changing it in the store? http://www.avforums.com/forums/xbox-360-hardware/710053-just-got-my-dead-360-replaced-read.html
  5. MikeO gives running commentary whilst wife drives down road in Plymouth. http://uk.news.yahoo...ol-45dbed5.html
  6. Some old images from BRH Architects who had previously been fishing for the project (2004 I think): Drawings by http://www.brh-architects.co.uk/ A feasibility study was apparently commissioned by Mersey Docks & Harbour Company at some poin. More recently Liverpool City Council were keen and felt it was a goer but the club had opted to go for Kirkby. With Kirkby looking likely to be derailed, this could be many people's preferred destination. NWDA will more than likely pay for a Vauxhall railway Station As part of the Maritime Mercantile City site, it could be entitled to grants too.
  7. I'm sure I've mentioned this . LCC bent Peel's ear over it, Peel wanted a shared stadium for increased footfall but it's still viable with one team.
  8. Some people despise him, I don't have any ill feeling towards him. He was apparently fronting a consortium looking at buying Everton not long ago. Is Kevin Campbell still commentating over there?
  9. I was watching it but fell asleep after the 64th minute
  10. How long did it stand for? 80 years?

  13. Haile Gebrselassie is my favourite runner..
  14. Everton officials have gone to Thailand for a 3 day piss-up trip and are looking to extend the shirt sponsorship (and stadium naming rights). They'll meet some Thai fans too.
  15. Bass Force... there's a few remixes of Iggy Pop's lust for life on ther. No Z-Cars remix yet though.

  19. I never bother watching England, I did when there was no Wembley. It was nice to see England playing in various stadiums around the country. The new Wembley build spoiled it really.
  20. Sorry Andy, can't stand her voice.
  21. Still nothing on the official site
  22. I asked the publishers about it, and they are no longer publishing the book. Not sure why.
