  16. Yakubu has been short-listed by the West African Football Union (WAFU) for player of the year. The West African Football Union is a sub-confederation which organises international tournaments for the West African region. Ryan Hedges (Mancot - Gary Speed/Kevin Ratcliffe territory) has been put on stand-by. Both are with the EFC academy though I know little about them. No sign of Luke Wandless.
