Your link doesn't work Mike. Nevermind - fixed it I always thought they were building it over the season end anyway because it would be easier to whilst there was no football ongoing. Seems strange that it was considered to be done during the season. Having said that there are rumours that a building firm pulled out, not too sure of the reasons.
