  1. Everton signed a partnership agreement with a Peruvian company called "Big Cola". http://www.footballt...t-brom-go.html?
  2. Thing is though, nothing's changed since 2009, it's the third consecutive August were we've borrowed two seasons ahead.. I don't think it'd put off an investor, because there's nothing new in the interview (financially) that wasn't known before it came out.
  3. There's a definitely a move to discredit the interview, the club released a statement earlier Everton blast fans group Blue Union over Bill Kenwright secret tape - News - MirrorFootball.co.uk
  4. That's the thing Matt, it's not three and half hours worth of content.. and they decided not to publish some things: I think it's simply a case of BK letting his guard down and has been embarrassed by it. BK even tells those who went to write things down:
  5. I tend to agree with you Matt. Robert Elstone runs the club whilst Bill Kenwright is a co-owner and figurehead. That said, it is worrying that he owns a quarter of the club and doesn't know where a quarter of the clubs expense goes though! (I'm not saying Bill takes it)
  6. I read earlier that the club decided not to. I don't think that it was possible anyway and would have been a disaster PR move?
  7. The media may be reporting it, but they're only using small extracts. It's not as embarrassing as it could have been.
  8. I saw that, it was retweeted by the club too.
  9. More coverage: Toffees in financial turmoil - Premier League, Soccer - Independent.ie Dave Prentice: Keith Harris – a man whose modus operandi is nothing to write home about - News - Everton FC - Liverpool Echo
  10. From Companies House website: MG01 11/08/2011 PARTICULARS OF A MORTGAGE OR CHARGE / CHARGE NO: 48 In plain English, on 11/08/2011 Companies House registered a Mortgage/Charge against the club which means Everton made a new financial arrangement. I haven't checked but it's been said that it's a loan from a BVI registered company called Vibrac. I didn't purchase details even though they're only a pound but I've read that it's a loan secured against 2012-13 season tv revenue from a BVI registered company. i.e. not a bank
  11. He became a major shareholder in the club in 1999 as part of True Blue Holdings, his title makes no difference.
  12. It's interesting watching this unfold. I've read four different articles in four different newspapers and each focuses on something... well.. different. Don't kill us this season, debt-ridden Everton tell the bankers | Mail Online Liverpool Everton news John Henry willing to discuss ground-share says Goodison counterpart Bill Kenwright - News - MirrorFootball.co.uk Everton chairman Bill Kenwright begs the bank not 'to kill' the club as leaked minutes expose financial plight - Telegraph Everton must sell Jagielka, bank tells club - Transfers, Football - The Independent
  13. The link http://azfutbol.com/?p=6490 says he is an Everton player and that PAOK are negotiating with Everton. I believe it to be honest. We signed Anderson Da Silva on a similar deal, he was loaned to Malaga to obtain a work permit before he could come over.
  14. Very close to being completed.. there must be at least 50 links here saying so: Turkish google
  15. There's also a follow up where he says it doesn't require a calculator to figure out why Everton make losses.
  16. Here: http://www.skysports.com/story/0,,20876_7108932,00.html
  17. I hope this isn't the sole outcome from the 3 hour meeting: http://www.sos1878.co.uk/everton-fans/summary-conclusions-tbu-meeting-bill-kenwright/ Poor if so
  18. That ship has sailed.. Donovan just isn't worth the cost it would need to bring him here. £6-8m transfer fee + wages for a 29 year old.
  19. We'd lose him for January 2012 and 2013 due tot he Africa Cup of Nations, he's said he'd like to play for Nigeria.
  20. I did not see it but apparently agent Barry Silkman has just been on Sky Sports saying there had been three enquiries about Baines and that Kenwright has said not a penny less than £20m.
  21. "Stop wearing our brand, we don't want to be associated with you. We will pay you not to wear our brand." http://blogs.wsj.com/speakeasy/2011/08/16/abercrombie-and-fitch-offer-to-pay-the-situation-to-stop-wearing-their-clothes/
