  1. Apparently he was only able to sign because he holds an EU passport (presumably Spanish), otherwise permit issues would have prevented the move. The move was reported to have cost £1.9m - presumably that was a loan fee?
  2. I noticed on twitter that some fans are blaming the Blue Union for tonight, I don't see how they come to that conclusion?
  3. I'm inclined to agree. Unless it's tied up in January.
  4. He's gone. Done. Confirmed. No longer an Everton player.
  5. Deal back on.. apparently clubs agreed fee but move fell apart due to Arteta's agents demands! They've backed down apparently and are looking to continue talks.
  6. I'd go along with Bedford Blue, providing the money was up front and not based on appearances.
  7. I am.. if only to appease the natives.

  10. and that's why you never hear about Swedish comedy!
  11. To be fair, the DHL deal dwarfs our first team kit sponsorship deal. £40m over 5 years Chang was £12m over 4 years
  12. I thought that too... like Peter H said.. it would have been a good time to announce new sponsors in the wake of the Blue Union story breaking last week.
  13. Haf, even you've got to admit that unveiling three new sponsors in a week is impressive? Crabbies, Big Cola and Best Buy
  14. In 9 years, he's been mentioned four times. there's never been an abuse thread. Apparently he's posted here in the past.
  15. Why's that, is your px90 paying off?
  16. Google news delivered straight to the desktop.. Sorry to disappoint you.
  17. Some more information on Best Buy: http://www.marketing...rt-sponsorship/ Spelling mistakes aren't mine, everyone wants a "loving room"
  18. I think Bill Kenwright exaggerated the banking problem, I believe Everton will announced a "record turnover" in the coming months. That said, I do believe the club are slipping away. There's nothing in the response, that I personally didn't know,Graeme Sharp's thoughts on the Park End delay aside. I've seen worse emails than those ("Drunken Knobhead Evertonians"). This will blow over and I don't think any mainstream media will cover the response to be honest. If the cat were to be put among the pigeons, I imagine that more quotes would have been released from Bill Kenwright.
  19. It's in Romanian, saying that British Press have suggested Qatari investors were interested in Everton. I heard that Korean investors were interested but I felt it was nonsense.
