From today:
Moyes said "I think an agreement is close. I might be wrong in the end but I think that one is close. We will probably have to act if it's not. I don't know if January is the exact timescale but we do have to keep the player's value."

Fox went on to play for Scotland so he's done well.

names are removed though.
I'm not saying I know who they are, just my own thoughts
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Andy Van Der Meyde. He's usually prime candidate, although I imagine he'd have been sacked instantly and the club would have just been looking for an excuse to get rid.
I know who you meant, the centre back, he played for us a few times.
I think it's more likely to be a youth player (or a few of them) who were then sold or given to lower division clubs.
Not one I was thinking of to be honest.. although it'd explain his haircut!!
Hughes played for us a few times.
When you think of the all the long-term injuries players have had, it could be anyone
I think the price is high too, but that seems to be the going rate for football clubs. Ironically, if Bill Kenwright can get that price for the club, the buyer isn't the businessman/negotiator needed to steer the club back on track.
I think that was just a rumour.. although Robert Earl has acted as guarantor on a few occasions.
