  4. There was a concerted effort to vote for Suarez as a way of showing support for him following the 8 game ban wasn't there?
  5. No link (yet). It's caused controversy on twitter. I don't know whether he'll stay in the job after that.. (BBC need to reduce costs and he's paid 40k per episode). BBC article on whether the term "coloured" is racist: http://news.bbc.co.u...ine/6132672.stm video -

  11. This twitter account seems to be taking off lately.. had a few new followers. Ian's swanned off though so I'm left to hold the fort down on my own.
  12. He's hands off, prefers attacking play and puts money in
  13. Steve Ross rumours may have something to it.. a Sentinel Sun journalist says he heard the rumour after meeting Ross yesterday. http://weblogs.sun-sentinel.com/sports/columnists/hyde/blog/2011/12/dolphins_in_9th_draft_slot_and.html
  14. It's not her own money though ! Also, I've heard her son wants to sell her home and turn it into a hotel.
  15. Even if it isn't true, this quote from a Spaniard made me laugh: "Viene Moyes al Atletico, y yo me suicido." https://twitter.com/#!/Zhirkov4/status/148571042997211137
  16. Anyone can build a squad with a lot of money.. under Moyes' reign we've overspent on wages (in comparison to income), it's not noticed because Moyes' final position finishes are favourable compared to other clubs final positions and their wage expenditure. The problem is in the future, Everton will have less money to spend (because of the debt levels and rising wages) and will, in my opinion struggle in the short to long-term.
  17. I hate to say it but I'm indifferent over whether he goes or not. If he did go, I'd rather we brought someone in from abroad such as Thomas Tuchel.
  18. It's odd, they say he's to takeover in September with Sergi Barjuan as his assistant.
