That awkward moment when you find out that the project has been overseen by two Kopites and a Man City fan. It shouldn't matter but it leaves a sour taste know your own club's design was overseen by a fan of a rival club. It seems so backward. Although having said that, I do agree with the decision to remove NSNO.

I may be misjudging it, but if people are hand-selected to be on a fan-panel and are asked by the club what they think about the proposed designs, I think they will be reluctant to speak against it as they would want to be on a panel again in the future.

Last year, the away kit was unveiled on 31 May, the home kit on 12 July and third kit on 12 August. It used to be the case that the players would wear the new kit on the last day of the season, but this doesn't seem to happen any more.

I don't think he ever came close to being sacked, there was a stage where we lost six consecutive games in 2005 and there was still no threat of sacking him. Some people did call for him to go but I seem to remember most people wanting him Moyes to stay. There were rumours the players were being worked too hard by Moyes and some players were unhappy with training but that's all I can remember.
